Ethical Hacking Course:

Course Objective  
 

This two-day course teaches developers how to find and fix existing bugs, and how to avoid future security problems in web applications. Developers will benefit from this course by producing more secure applications, resulting in less security problems after the development phase.The course combines theoretical sessions with hands - on exercises using a “ buggy ” application

  
 
that contains all the vulnerabilities that are explained in the theoretical sessions. This will create a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
 


INTENDED AUDIENCE :

• IT development staff and programmers.

• 3 rd party development companies.

• This course is not intended for misguided individuals who intend to use tools and techniques
...for criminal purposes.

PREREQUISITES :

The majority of the course examples use Java (JSP, servlets, JavaBeans), so acquaintance with Java technology is recommended.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES :

We will have an example web application written in JSP/servlets/JavaBeans with all kinds of security problems. Each student will get a copy of the application installed exploit out on their system.
